Our story in Bolnisi began in 1988, when our family, based in Tbilisi, purchased a plot of land and began building a summer house. Over the years, the house was renovated and expanded, taking on its present form in 2001.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text] From Family Home to Hospitality<\/strong><\/p>\n In 2017, the family house was converted into a hotel and began welcoming guests. As one of the first privately operated hotels in Bolnisi, it was named Bolnisi Prime House. Today, it brings together thoughtful architecture, family hospitality, and a strong connection to Bolnisi.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Park Prime Today<\/strong><\/p>\n Over time, hospitality, winemaking, business advisory and real estate development were brought together under Park Prime LLC.
